If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To Qualify

To qualify:

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Please email charniece@evolvingblackwoman.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund minus original shipping.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Digital downloads
Personalized or custom items
Sale/clearance items
Dropshipped items fulfilled by third-party vendors (unless defective)

📦 Damaged or Lost Orders:

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
